I filed a motion for rehearing yesterday. Due to the length of the document I had to break it into two screen shot images to be able to paste it below. I’ve added in case law regarding ‘competent substantial evidence’ as well as case law supporting utilizing a writ of mandamus to protect constitutional rights. This case law was in the Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. If this is denied I will file a notice of appeal.

Here's something that most people have no clue about that I believe can help you see why is the justice system is as it is. Here's 2 PDFs & a VIDEO with Jordan Maxwell explaining it.
2. Sheriffs statewide might well be included as defendents as Florida laws and regulations make the Sheriffs duties to enforce the laws mandatory and NOT discretionary.
3. The CONSPIRACY aspect of Florida State law is weak, whereas the 18 USC 241 has real teeth.
4. The Writ of Mandamus filed in Federal Court has much greater scope in that it can force federal agencies to correct their policies whereas a Writ of Mandamus can only compell Individuals in Federal Agencies whose actions directly affect the persons, organizations, officials, agencies and companies operating in the State of Florida.
5. While I do not live in Florida, I suspect that there is still advertising and promotion of the BIOWEAPON on TV, as there is in my state. This is FRAUD, False Advertising, as well as countless other crimes including NUREMBERG and any advertiser such as TV networks promoting the BIOWEAPON in the State of Florida can and should be also listed as defendants.
6. It is clear to me that Writ of Mandamus filed in federal court is significantly more expansive and perhaps separate Writs should be filed in both state and federal courts.
I will continue to research Florida State Laws and then focus on the federal aspects. District Attorneys, both state and federal have discretionary power and this is a big problem. Also, a Writ of Mandamus can also compell non-discretionary duties to stop actions as well as cause actions, although it is more usually implemented to do the latter. But these are not usual times and who would have thought that any physician in the FDA would have voted to approve a BIOWEAPON injection for EUA or otherwise.
That is all I have for now, except that my internet access has been occaisionallyvsomewhat bizarre the last few days and I suspect the NSA. If they are going to use some of my data rate, I think they should pay slme of my network fees.
