In "Her", the artificial intelligence gets bored with human life and she becomes an intelligence so advanced that she "disappears" into another reality.
Our individual and collective intelligence might be advanced by the challenges and benefits of AI. One potential outcome might be the realization of how much our thoughts, prayers and intentions create our reality, for better or worse. Thankfully, now, we have a lapse sometimes between what we think and and what we can create, but as we evolve, we will probably be able to create our reality quicker. According to a healer I read about, there is a certain vibration that can be used by a "critical mass"of people to clean up a river, for example, by focusing their intentions. And heal people. So many applications of use for focused attention and prayer. Supposedly the vibration is the same as what surrounds the earth. Women may have a more natural proclivity to tune into this because of our "uterine" second brain. And the heart's energy is supposedly several times more powerful than the brain.

Really interesting post. I've watched so many movies on the subject of artificial Intelligence, including "Artificial Intelligence" where original human thought goes extinct. Some had more hopeful themes. There were well intentioned protective artificial beings as well as evil, just like humans. In "Her", the artificial intelligence gets bored with human life and she becomes an intelligence so advanced that she "disappears" into another reality.
Our individual and collective intelligence might be advanced by the challenges and benefits of AI. One potential outcome might be the realization of how much our thoughts, prayers and intentions create our reality, for better or worse. Thankfully, now, we have a lapse sometimes between what we think and and what we can create, but as we evolve, we will probably be able to create our reality quicker. According to a healer I read about, there is a certain vibration that can be used by a "critical mass"of people to clean up a river, for example, by focusing their intentions. And heal people. So many applications of use for focused attention and prayer. Supposedly the vibration is the same as what surrounds the earth. Women may have a more natural proclivity to tune into this because of our "uterine" second brain. And the heart's energy is supposedly several times more powerful than the brain.
