Let me ask something here. The PREP ACT strongly appears to be unconstitutional, but the courts in NC overlook that because it hasn't been declared so by the a Supreme Court. Presumably there is law that we would consider Constitutional that protects us, the public, from weapons of mass destruction (wmd) being used against us. By getting the public to realize that the Covid-19 shots are wmd are we attempting to get the PREP ACT declared unconstitutional by a court? Or, because of the nefarious nature of these particular products, could the courts favor the boy's human rights case as some kind of exception to the Prep Act, - laying aside of liability protection for the medical team just in this case?
