Vaccines have been created by profit-driven manufacturers for their own best interests - not for the recipients of these deadly shots. In the last 65 years, vaccines have contributed greatly in lowering the mental and physical health of the American people.
The Florida Courts are ignorant about these death dealing vaccines...injecting toxic matter into the bloodstream is in the realm of murder..The courts should be held responsible for ignoring your appeal to provide your valuable information.
Joe, in some form or fashion you need to incorporate the multitude of people residing in our State of Florida along with your specific individual concerns. Multiple voices require more attention than a sole concerned citizen. Politicians are elected by a majority of voters, not just one well educated and informed member of the electorate. That is why class action lawsuits receive greater attention. Elected officials always have differing motivations from those of the people who elect them. However, they all share a common interest in remaining in office and being re-elected in the next campaign cycle. Strength in numbers strikes a familiar note.
Well, if you read my complaint and motion for rehearing, I did, as I brought up the public health issue. I can't represent anybody else I am not an attorney. Class actions are usually geared toward money. I am just trying to get them off the market. But I guess you can have an injunction in there. I have been saying this for a long time that there needs to be a multitude of cases brought up in each state at the state and federal courts. That is strength in numbers. As far as I know, besides the case in the Netherlands there is a case that was brought up in Texas federal court. That one is a class action. Other than that people are largely sitting on the side lines. Someone should bring up a class action too. There should be cases filed all over the place by now....

My statement was directed at myself and other sympathetic members of the Substack community who realize the importance of the issues you work so hard to improve. I believe we need to help you solve the problems associated with the jab, and just standing on the sidelines is a poor substitute for taking real action to assist your efforts.
I think only an attorney could do a class action. Either way the Court need to be willing to hear case. I think best odds of that happening is if there ard a lot of cases filed. The facts and legal arguments in my case are sound. But it needs to be heard.
