The Purpose and Intent of The Ban the Jab Resolutions
If you are a regular reader you probably know that I wrote a Ban the Jab Resolution that was first passed in the Lee County Republican Party in February of this year. Robert Valenta and myself, and others, worked about a year and eight months toward creating the situation to get that resolution passed. The resolution declared C19 and mRNA injections biological and technological weapons. The resolution also calls on Governor DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of these biological weapons, for Attorney General Ashley Moody to confiscate the vials, and conduct forensic analysis of the contents. Since then, ban the jab resolutions have passed in seven Republican counties in Florida. To date, DeSantis has ignored calls to protect Floridians from these biological weapons.
Recently, a Republican county in Idaho also passed a ban the jab resolution. I had the pleasure to speak with Laura Demaray, who is one of the patriots leading the charge on this issue in Idaho. She presented her resolution that passed in the Washington County Idaho Republican Party. Laura has also been approaching county commissioners. Yesterday, Laura informed me that another patriot, Dr. Thomas Fletcher, M.D., presented the ban the jab resolution at the state committee, and the Idaho Republican Party became the first state party to pass the ban the jab resolution.
These are just statements. So what? What is the purpose? What is the point?
Well, the Declaration of Independence was just a statement too….
These resolutions force the party to decide whether they want to be controlled opposition or actually pursue a policy agenda that is opposed to biological warfare being wage against the American people. When a county political party passes one of these resolutions, it is an official policy statement of one of the two major political parties. These resolutions set a political goal and give guidance to our politicians. The resolutions provide cover for politicians allowing them to take a stance knowing the party is backing them. They also put pressure on them. The purpose of these resolutions is to build political pressure to force politicians to do their job. These ban the jab resolutions shift the focus and debate from defending against mandates, to banning the bioweapon shots. It is a reframing of the situation and shifting the paradigm. Instead of reacting to the question, should these shots be mandated, we are asking the question, why haven’t these bioweapons been banned yet, and essentially moving toward asking the question, who should be prosecuted?
There is one easy way to measure the effect of these resolutions. There has been a media blackout. When the first ban the jab resolution was passed in Lee County, the local Wink News did a hit job at first, before ceasing to cover the story entirely. The local NBC news reporter I was scheduled to interview with got reassigned to another story. PrWeb refused to distribute a press release about the outcome of a vote on the resolution, stating that it went against CDC guidelines, and incited fear. Yes, they actually censored information about an actual vote that occurred from one of the two major political parties.
Another way to gauge their importance is to look at the response from opposition. The Republican Party of Florida appears to be sending a clear message against these resolutions. A move that may be in violation of F.S. 103.091 (5), the Florida Republican Party has made rules changes requiring new Executive Committee members to attend two meetings before being sworn in. Controlled opposition county parties have already been using delay tactics such as reducing meetings to every other month to block resolutions from coming to the floor. Other delay tactics have been used. Some county parties are creating new resolution committees to kill or water down resolutions. The point is that if resolutions were a waste of time, there would not be such strong coordinated resistance from the controlled opposition ‘machine’.
The process of introducing these resolutions in county parties across Florida, and the whole country, is necessary to continue to build pressure and shift the focus and mindset on what is possible. The end goal is to get a state to ban these biological weapons. Once a state bans the C19 shots, that will have a tremendous ripple effect across the country. Once a state bans the C19 injections, it also paves the way toward prosecutions. Once a prosecution occurs, the house of cards may start to fall.
County Ordinances
While these ban the jab resolutions continue being submitted to local Republican County parties, and state parties when possible, a follow up is to introduce Ban The Jab County Ordinances. This is especially important in counties that have already passed ban the jab resolutions. Especially counties that are largely Republican. County commissioners that are in Republican counties where the Republican party just passed a resolution, are likely going to be more open to the concept as they would have the party backing, at least among activists. These same county commissioners are also more likely to feel the pressure if they do nothing.
Think of it like a one two punch. Approaching county commissioners and discussing the ban the jab ordinance is important. It is also important to organize people to attend county commissioner board meetings and speak during the public comment portion of the meetings, and to continue to do this at each meeting, until they acquiesce and put it on the agenda.
If one county government actually passes a ban the jab ordinance it will put tremendous pressure on the state to act. Still, county government is about budgets, spending money, and government contracts. This is not fertile ground for courageous action. It may not be necessary for the ordinance to pass in a county for the state to act. In Florida, where ban the jab resolutions have passed in seven Republican county parties, with other county parties working on it, a multi county effort where ban the jab ordinances are being presented to county commissioners, and people are regularly speaking at county commissioner meetings across the state demanding action, could prompt statewide action by local sheriffs, the governor, or the attorney general. Keep in mind, these speeches by members of the public are recorded and will likely end up all over the internet, and hopefully go viral.
The C19 injections and mRNA nanoparticle biological weapons meet the legal definition of biological weapons on the state and federal level. If law enforcement and the executive branch of government were enforcing the law, there would be no need for ordinances. The ordinances are an attempt at reinforcing the bioweapons laws that exist and appropriating severe fines for distribution of the C19 injections and mRNA nanoparticle bioweapon injections.
There is a lag time between cause and effect to see the results of these efforts. Especially due to media censorship. Ban the jab resolutions, as well as ban the jab ordinances, are essentially a ground game. It is like building and packing a snowball, till eventually, it gets a life of its own.
How do I know this strategy will work?
I don’t. I know it has a good probability of working if it is actually done in mass. Still, there are no guarantees in life. I do know that doing nothing will not work. Concentrating energy on weak points and pushing through is an effective strategy. Compared to the federal level, the state is an easier target. Compared to the state, county and local governments are easier targets. Of course, ‘easier’ is a relative term. The swamp is deep at the local level as it is the state and federal level.
Next is to press up efforts to provide evidence to local prosecutors and local law enforcement across the country. Keep in mind that while each action builds on the other, this is not a linear approach. It all needs to continue to happen at the same time. Increasing the pressure and the noise. We have been hit eight ways sideways. While intensifying the pressure, we need to hit them eight ways side ways to win.
You are doing the indispensable work in the trenches that needs to be done---and that could turn around the whole situation if enough decent ordinary people rose to the challenge in every state. What amazes me is not the relative apathy or passivity across the land, but the deafening silence of most of the "medical freedom movement" in response to your historic efforts. What the hell is wrong with them? They don't like Republicans? This is NOT a Republican vs Democrat issue or liberal vs conservative issue. This is about a war against humanity. The writings of Dr. Joseph Sansone and James Roguski should be posted and reposted on every website and substack that calls itself "independent", "alternative", "conservative", or "medical freedom". Wake up, people, your house is on fire, and your children will burn...unless We The People put a halt to the democide.
Seminole County passed the Ban the Jab resolution. Can’t wait to see how our Republican County Commissioners (which is all of them) respond to the Ban the Jab Ordinance!
I will be talking to our Health Freedom Committee about this important next step this week.
Thank you Dr. Sansone! I can’t wait to see the snowball you started turn into an avalanche they can’t ignore!!
